Loyola Hosting Botball 2013 kickoff

The Chicago workshop for Botball will be held at Loyola University January 20--21. Botball is a national program with an extensive website at botball.org. As noted there,
"The Botball Educational Robotics Program engages middle and high school aged students in a
team-oriented robotics competition based on national science education standards. By designing,
building, programming, and documenting robots, students use science, engineering, technology,
math, and writing skills in a hands-on project that reinforces their learning."

Teams can register at the Botball website, and all are welcome to view the Greater Chicago Regional Tournament that will take place on April 14 at the Museum of Science and Industry.
